Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) Parade Mr R.Glass did not act in any official capacity for this event that may have had an effect on the outcome.
Elegant Malt, Spritely Too and Amber's Dolly were quick to begin. Kraken Risky went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin. Burning Express, Miss Delivered and Global Ruler collided soon after the start, checking Miss Delivered. Scott Something and Burning Express collided approaching the first turn. Scott Something and Elegant Malt collided on the first turn. Kraken Risky, Burning Express and Global Ruler collided on the first turn, checking Burning Express, severely checking Kraken Risky and Miss Delivered. Burning Express and Amber's Dolly collided on the home turn. Global Ruler raced wide in the home straight.
Kraken Risky underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a abrasion to the nose and left fore webbing. No stand down period was imposed.
Global Ruler underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have right fore split webbing. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
