All In Johnson and Solar On collided soon after the start checking All In Johnson Miss Booming, Quando Quando and Pyrenees Acclaim collided on the first turn. Pyrenees Acclaim and Solar On collided on the first turn checking Solar On. All In Johnson faltered on the first turn. Cinnamon Cindy and Solar On collided approaching the home turn. Pyrenees Acclaim and Solar On collided entering the home straight checking Pyrenees Acclaim and Cimmamon Cindy. Toss The Dice and All In Johnson collided on the winning post.
All In Johnson was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right monkey injury, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Satisfactory Trial Results (Blinkers off) - Sketchy Skinny trialled over the 425m from box 1, weight 33.7kg, the greyhound was placed 2nd in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 24.47, the greyhound was beaten a margin of 5.75 lengths. Sketchy Skinny was cleared to race without blinkers
