Lexi Cristalle and Magic Flora were quick to begin.  St. Leo and Dreamliner were slow to begin.  St. Leo and Miss Tatts collided on the first turn.  Magic Flora was checked off Grab That Earn on the first turn.  Miss Tatts and Dreamliner collided in the back straight.  Grab That Earn was checked off Lexi Cristalle on the second turn.  St. Leo raced wide in the home straight.

Super Fay was very slow to begin (3 lengths).  Lil' Miss Willow and For You Honey were slow to begin.  Nothin' To Lose and Final Chimes collided approaching the first turn.  Acer and Reggie Ryan collided on the first turn.  Super Fay and Final Chimes collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Acer and Lil' Miss Willow collided on the second turn checking both greyhounds.  Lil' Miss Willow and Final Chimes collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Final Chimes was checked off Acer approaching the winning post.

Mac Daddy was quick to begin.  Blueflash Lenny was slow to begin.  Invictus Helena crossed in on the first turn checking Oz Wizard and Ann Cherie.  Invictus Helena faltered on the second turn and subsequently tailed off.  Blueflash Lenny was checked off Sharon's Gold in the home straight.

Invictus Helena was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left pencil muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Tilley's Pie was quick to begin.  Sopha Gem, Tarquin Bob, Jobes Return and Crackerjack Man collided soon after the start checking Tarquin Bob and Crackerjack Man.  Tarquin Bob was checked off Brandeen Fi approaching the first turn.  Swift Abbey and Zipping Mulga collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn.  Sopha Gem raced wide on the first turn.  Sopha Gem galloped on Jobes Return approaching the home turn severely checking both greyhounds.  Zipping Mulga was checked off Brandeen Fi on the home turn.  Swift Abbey raced wide on the home turn.  Zipping Mulga was checked off Brandeen Fi in the home straight.  

Special Member was quick to begin.  Penny Black was slow to begin.  Jimmy Vella was checked off Kazza Magoo soon after the start.  Jimmy Vella and Midnight Storm collided on the first turn checking Midnight Storm.  Kazza Magoo and Zipping Nicole collided on the second turn.  Kazza Magoo raced wide on the home turn and in the home straight.

Dr. Watson was slow to begin.  Standing Bear clipped the heels of Soap approaching the first turn.  Soap and Galloping Rokyto collided on the first turn.  Takaho Tiger was checked off Soap entering the back straight.  Soap and Galloping Rokyto collided in the back straight checking Galloping Rokyto.

Dr. Watson was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to the left radius and wrist, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Laurentide Ice was a late scratching at 2.02pm on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to a right hind toe injury.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Surfonic Gold was quick to begin.  Pure Vengeance and Speedy Ryder were slow to begin and collided soon after the start.  Surfonic Gold and Zebo Bale collided approaching the first turn.  Marko Bale, Zebo Bale and Sergei collided on the first turn checking Zebo Bale and Sergei.  Pure Vengeance was checked off Marko Bale on the second turn.  Surfonic Gold and Zebo Bale collided entering the home straight.  Surfonic Gold and Sergei collided in the home straight.

Hurricane Billie was a late scratching at 2.06pm due to the greyhound being on season (GAR 24). A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Terrah Round was quick to begin.  Ragged Warrior and Catcha Nugget were slow to begin.  Lord Davinci, Dark Layali and Terrah Round collided approaching the first turn checking Dark Layali.  Ragged Warrior and Violets Are Red collided on the first turn severely checking Violets Are Red and checking Drama Club, Violets Are Red stumbled as a result.  Dark Layali, Terrah Round and Catcha Nugget collided on the first turn severely checking Terrah Round and Catcha Nugget, Terrah Round lost ground and collided with Ragged Warrior.  Ragged Warrior and Catcha Nugget collided approaching the home turn.

Aston Olivia was slow to begin.  Need A Zac clipped the heels of Lucky Gypsy approaching the first turn.  Volcanic Winter clipped the heels of Little Freck approaching the first turn and fell checking Aston Olivia.  Little Freck crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Lucky Gypsy and Invictus Ester.  Lightning Lil was checked off Need A Zac in the back straight.  Lucky Gypsy was checked off Little Freck on the second turn.  Invictus Ester and Little Freck collided on the home turn and again in the home straight checking both greyhounds.

Galloping Wytee was slow to begin.  Sin And Spin crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Springinator, Bela Natali and I'm Livin' It.  Springinator raced wide on the first turn.

Shogun Sammy was checked off Doran's Call soon after the start.  Chase On Case and Emilia Magic collided on the first turn checking Emilia Magic.  Five Lights and Chase On Case collided on the first turn.  Early Storm and Emilia Magic collided approaching the home turn.  Tron's Empire and Emilia Magic collided on the home turn and raced wide.  Emilia Magic was checked off Chase On Case in the home straight.  Chase On Case and Tron's Empire collided approaching the winning post.

Satisfactory trial results - Returning from retirement:-

Ellen's Stardust trialled over 315 metres from box 3, weight 27.0kg.  The greyhound was placed first in a field of 4.  The time of the trial was 18.37 secs, the greyhound won by a margin of 2 lengths.  Ellen's Stardust was cleared.
