Steward's Report
Ready And Armed and Osakalaka were slow to begin. Charly Shu Shine and Stinga's Mate collided soon after the start checking Stinga's Mate. Charly Shu Shine, Mepunga Billy and Daryl Dixon collided approaching the first turn checking Mepunga Billy and Daryl Dixon. Stinga's Mate galloped on the heels of Daryl Dixon on the first turn checking Ready And Armed and severely checking Stinga's Mate and Osakalaka; Daryl Dixon fell as a result. Ash Star checked off Black Spyro on the home turn.
Daryl Dixon was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained split webbing to its left front foot. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
