A pre-race sample was taken from Barked Off.
Kiowa Jones was slow to begin. Mystery Ride faltered soon after the start and tailed off as a result. Trickster's Son, Brazen Bull and Barked Off raced wide on the home turn and again entering the home straight. Barked Off checked off Brazen Bull in the home straight.
Mystery Ride was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its left back muscle. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
A sample was taken from Trickster's Son, the winner of the event.
