Jacobite Hammer crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Wise Lewis. Jacobite Hammer, Big Deal and Go Slow Goldy collided approaching the first turn. Go Slow Goldy and Jacobite Hammer collided on the first turn. Straitline Willy and Big Deal collided approaching the second turn checking both greyhounds. Wise Deal and Akina Dee Jay collided on the second turn. Go Slow Goldy checked off Akina Dee Jay entering the home straight.
