Stewards spoke to Ms Tammy Kennedy-Harris, the representative of Crackerjack Yapa regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(A)(1) Crackerjack Yapa was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Ms Kennedy-Harris pleaded guilty to the charge, Crackerjack Yapa is suspended for three months at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(b) before any future nomination will be accepted.
