Stewards subsequently charged Mr Galea with breach of GAR 46(1)(2). Mr Galea pleaded guilty to the charge, he was found guilty and fined $200.00. In considering the penalty, Stewards took into consideration Mr Galea's guilty plea and his previous breach of this rule within the last 12 months.
