Kraken Witch was quick to begin. Speckie McKean and Gunmetal Liam were slow to begin and collided soon after the start. Aston Aniston checked off Ready And Armed on the first turn. Wolf Point and Gunmetal Liam collided on the first turn. Speckie McKean raced wide approaching the home turn. Ready And Armed faltered on the home turn, checking Aston Aniston. Ready And Armed tailed off and was vetted following the event.
