Spectator was slow to begin.  Once A Secret was checked off Rosie Cotton on the first turn.  Skip A Yonnie and Won't Stop Her collided on the first turn checking Won't Stop Her.  Spolly's Jet and Won't Stop Her collided on the first turn severely checking both greyhounds, Won't Stop Her tailed off as a result.

Won't Stop Her underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured left pencil muscle.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Double Diva was quick to begin.  Whynot Dan, Ashwood and Seve Rose were slow to begin.  Ashwood was checked off Woolybully Keats on the first turn.  Whynot Dan, Haunting and Seve Rose collided on the first turn checking Whynot Dan and Haunting.  Ashwood and Double Diva collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Ashwood and Woolybully Keats collided in the home straight.
