Orina Allen, Dyna Yappy, It's A Treat, Dazzling Bling, Franki Jay and Quiet Please collided soon after the start checking Franki Jay. Orina Allen and It's A Treat collided approaching the first turn checking It's A Treat. Quiet Please crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Dazzling Bling. Orina Allen and Quiet Please collided on the first turn. Dyna Yappy, Dazzling Bling and Franki Jay collided on the first turn checking Dazzling Bling and Franki Jay. Dyna Yappy checked off Quiet Please approaching the second turn. It's A Treat checked off Franki Jay approaching the third turn. Orina Allen checked off Dyna Yappy on the third turn. Franki Jay raced wide on the third turn checking Dazzling Bling. It's A Treat eased on the home turn severely checking Franki Jay and Dazzling Bling. Orina Allen failed to pursue the lure with due commitment and collided with Quiet Please several times in the home straight.

Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Orina Allen was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mrs Dailly pleaded guilty to the charge, Orina Allen must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Ms Perkins pleaded guilty to the charge, It's A Treat must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
