Gala Bale and Gunther Bale collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn. Come On Pepper pulled up on the back straight. Gala Bale and Haidee Bale collided on the home turn. Looby Sky and Haidee Bale collided entering the home straight.

Haidee Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to both hind paws. A 3 stand down period was imposed. Warning issued regarding the greyhound’s race manner on the home turn.

Come On Pepper underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right carpal sprain and injuries to the left monkey, both pectoral, left gracils and left hamstring muscles. A 21 stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to representative, Mr C Schlensog, regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the back straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Come On Pepper was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Schlensog pleaded guilty to the charge, Come On Pepper must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Neptune Allen, Lost Property, Figure Eight, Lady Oracle and Erolo Bale collided soon after the start checking Lady Oracle. Hey Lonely Girl and Olson Bale collided on the first turn. Neptune Allen, Hey Lonely Girl and Olson Bale collided on the first turn checking Hey Lonely Girl and Lost Property. Lost Property checked off Olson Bale approaching the third turn. Lady Oracle galloped on Lost Property on the third turn severely checking Lady Oracle.

Lost Property underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the right monkey muscle. A 5 stand down period was imposed.

Lady Oracle underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left monkey muscle and right pectoral muscle. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Team Dailly was queried in regards to the improved performance of Erolo Bale in this event.  Ms Heinrich explained that the greyhound has suffered interference at its only two starts and today was able to lead. A post-race sample was taken. 

Dyna Joanie was quick to begin. Kessler Bale, Bayonet and Weslyn Bale were slow to begin. Henrow Bale was very slow to begin - 4 lengths.

Rowchester Miss – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory trial as the greyhound was stood down from racing at the The Meadows for fail to chase by reason of injury. Weighing 29.0kgs and beginning from box 1, Rowchester Miss completed the 525m trial distance in a time of 30.08. Rowchester Miss placed first in a field of four, winning by .5L. Rowchester Miss has been cleared to race at all tracks.  

Start A Riot – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory trial as the greyhound was stood down from racing at the The Meadows for marring. Weighing 29.2kgs and beginning from box 3, Start A Riot completed the 525m trial distance in a time of 30.12. Start A Riot placed second in a field of four beaten by .5L. Start A Riot has been cleared to race at all tracks.
