Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Orazzi Ohh.
Dynamic Rainbow was quick to begin. Woodleigh Blue and Bejarano were slow to begin.
Rock Johnson galloped on Empress Rose approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds. Dynamic Rainbow, Hip Hippy Shake and Rock Johnson collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking Bejarano, Rock Johnson and severely checking Hip Hippy Shake which faltered and tailed off. Orazzi Ohh checked off Pink Floyd approaching the second turn. Dynamic Rainbow and Bejarano collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn checking Dynamic Rainbow and Rock Johnson. Woodleigh Blue contacted the running rail on the home turn.
Hip Hippy Shake was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right hock fracture and right triangle injuries, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.
