Sunita Lass, Akina Moss and Mrs. Flintstone were slow to begin and collided soon after the start.  Macs Road and Celestial Jewel collided soon after the start checking Celestial Jewel.  Celestial Jewel and Coffee Scroll collided on the first turn checking Coffee Scroll and severely checking Sunita Lass and Akina Moss, Akina Moss stumbled and lost considerable ground.  Coffee Scroll and Mrs. Flintstone collided on the home turn.  

Akina Harley was slow to begin.

Mahi Indian crossed in soon after the start and collided with Dewana Express, Zambora Andy, Angel Dash and severely checking Born Jamie.  Mahi Indian crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking My Name's Red, Dewana Express and Zambora Andy.  Angel Dash checked off Mahi Indian on the first turn and collided with Born Jamie.  Dewana Express and Zambora Andy collided on the first turn.  Zambora Andy and Born Jamie collided approaching the second turn.  My Name's Red checked off Angel Dash on the second turn causing Born Jamie to gallop on My Name's Red, My Name's Red faltered and lost ground checking Zambora Andy and Born Jamie.  Dewana Express and Born Jamie collided on the third turn.  Born Jamie checked off Dewana Express on the home turn. 

My Name's Red was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right stopper bone, right deltoid, right trapezius and right hip injuries, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

A post-race sample was taken from May Haze - winner of the event. 

Audacious Poppy was a late scratching at 5:57pm due to the greyhound being on season (GAR 24). A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre-race sample was taken from Vrontios. 

Never Duplicated and Samsonite were quick to begin.

Fat Rhino and Vrontios collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn.  Cadalora and Riley Allen collided approaching the first turn.  Kraken Katie, Never Duplicated and Samsonite collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking Never Duplicated, Samsonite and Vrontios.  Kraken Katie and Riley Allen collided on the second turn.  Kraken Katie and Fat Rhino collided entering the back straight checking Kraken Katie.  Never Duplicated, Cadalora and Fat Rhino collided on the third turn checking Cadalora, Vrontios and severely checking Kraken Katie. 

Fat Rhino was vetted after a minor seizure on route back to kennels following the event.  It was recommended to monitor the greyhound for future events.  No stand down period was imposed. 

Dyna Eva was quick to begin.

Seaside Shuffle and Kiss Me Razley collided soon after the start.  Kiss Me Razley and Dr. Mino collided approaching the first turn.  Dyna Terror, Seaside Shuffle, Dr. Mino and Loch Tight collided on the first turn checking Kiss Me Razley and Dr. Mino.  Dyna Terror, Seaside Shuffle and Loch Tight collided approaching the second turn.  Tat James raced wide approaching the second turn.  Kiss Me Razley and Tat James collided on the home turn.

Milky Jones was slow to begin.

Why Not Ginger and Milky Jones collided soon after the start.  Okay Kirsty and Aston Utah collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn checking Aston Utah.  Why Not Ginger and Flossing collided on the first turn.  Why Not Ginger checked off Flossing approaching the second turn.  Our Didda checked off Why Not Ginger on the second turn.  Hartley Kris and Dyna Harpa collided on the third turn.  

Bold was slow to begin.

Annie Lava checked off Oronsay soon after the start.  Big Bang Tears, Oronsay and Sisco Bella collided approaching the first turn checking Big Bang Tears.  Big Bang Tears checked off Oronsay entering the front straight and collided with Sisco Bella.  Big Bang Tears and Annie Lava raced wide on the third turn.  Big Bang Tears raced wide in the back straight.  Black Impala crossed to the rail on the fourth turn checking Sweet Bourbski and severely checking Mepunga Molly.

Big Bang Tears was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to Mr P. Riley the representative of Big Bang Tears regarding the greyhounds performance this evening. Mr Riley stated that the greyhound tends to race wide when there are no other greyhounds on his outside and that the greyhound performs much better when able to lead in its races.  Stewads accepted the explanation and took no further action.

Beckham, Ask Me Now and Apex Within were slow to begin.

Oakvale Magic and Saetta collided soon after the start checking Lektra Zephyr.  Ask Me Now checked off Lektra Zephyr approaching the first turn.  Miss Innings clipped the heels of Marcello on the first turn.  Ask Me Now and Apex Within collided on the first turn.  Apex Within raced wide on the second turn.  Miss Innings checked off Marcello entering the back straight.  Ask Me Now, Miss Innings and Saetta collided on the third turn checking Saetta and Miss Innings.  Apex Within checked off Beckham on the third turn.  Saetta, Miss Innings and Lektra Zephyr collided approaching the home turn checking all three greyhounds.  Apex Within checked off Ask Me Now on the home turn.

Waleonjon was slow to begin.

Dyna Oscar, Striking Weetbix, Crackerjack Skip, Vanda Mick and Buy Me Diamonds collided approaching the first turn checking Striking Weetbix.  Payton crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Buy Me Diamonds, Crackerjack Skip, Striking Weetbix, Vanda Mick and severely checking Waleonjon and Dyna Oscar, Vanda Mick and Go Seek Heidi collided as a result.  Go Seek Heidi checked off Crackerjack Skip on the home turn and collided with Dyna Oscar.

Noaki Colour was quick to begin.

What's Up Skip and Blistering collided soon after the start.  Fleur Delacour and Winning Broke collided soon after the start.  Blistering, Winning Broke and Nike Viper collided on the first turn checking Winning Broke and Dyna Uni, Dyna Uni raced wide as a result.  Noaki Colour, Ear We Come and What's Up Skip collided on the second turn.  Winning Broke and Blistering collided several times on the second turn and again entering the back straight severely checking both greyhounds.  Fleur Delacour and What's Up Skip collided on the third turn checking Fleur Delacour.  Winning Broke and Blistering collided several times from the third turn to the home turn checking both greyhounds.

Slingshot Jayla was quick to begin.  Dealer Wins was slow to begin.

Quara's Flick crossed to the rail on the first turn checking It's A Wink and Mimstar.  Croucher and Quara's Flick collided approaching the second turn.  Slingshot Jayla and Quara's Flick collided on the third turn.  Dealer Wins galloped on Slingshot Jayla on the third turn severely checking Slingshot Jayla.  Mimstar checked off Slingshot Jayla approaching the home turn.

Southern Ripple and Black Signature collided soon after the start checking Black Signature.  Southern Ripple checked off Hunkapapa soon after the start checking Black Signature, Hunkapapa and It's A Thrill.  Black Signature checked off Sunny's Kayo on the second turn.  Southern Ripple and Sunny's Kayo collided entering the back straight.  Black Signature galloped on Southern Ripple approaching the home turn severely checking Southern Ripple.  Akina Dee Jay and Showgirl Queen collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.
