Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Carter, the trainer of Freddy Perfect, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Freddy Perfect last raced on 2/8/18. Mr. Carter stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a hip injury. Mr. Carter also declared a new weight of 36.1kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Freddy Perfect last raced at 34.6kg.
A pre-race sample was taken from Tiggerlong Zorro.
Tiggerlong Zorro, Slingshot Storm, Freddy Perfect and Moon Phase collided on the first turn, checking Slingshot Storm and Freddy Perfect and severely checking Tiggerlong Zorro. Moon Phase checked off Rave On on the home turn. Tiempo Dinero checked off Moon Phase on the home turn. \
Slingshot Storm was vetted at the request of the trainer. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
