Steward's Report
Kid Ringo was quick to begin. Gehrig was slow to begin. Tat Warby, Kaylin and Spirit Bar collided soon after the start. Flying Smart and Tat James collided soon after the start checking Tat James. Kid Ringo, Tat Warby, Flying Smart and Spirit Bar collided approaching the first turn checking Spirit Bar. Tat Warby galloped on the heels of Kid Ringo on the first turn checking Tat Warby, Spirit Bar and Chase The Nugget. Tat James clipped the heels of Gehrig approaching the home turn. Kaylin and Gehrig collided on the home turn and entering the home straight.
Spirit Bar was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured right front toe. A stand down period of 28 days was imposed.
