Rhodes, the handler of the greyhound Jaimandy Tony regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight. Jaimandy Tony was vetted and re-vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to both wrists, a 3 day stand down period was imposed.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Jaimandy Tony with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr. Rhodes pleaded guilty to the charge, Jaimandy Tony was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a),  before any future nomination will be accepted.

Stewards spoke to Mr G.Connell, the trainer of Clovalley Rang regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Clovalley Rang last raced on 4 August, 2018. Mr Connell stated that the greyhound was resuming racing after a spell.
