Bolare was quick to begin.
Stevie Gee and Iceni Crusader were slow to begin.
Bolare and Bear Cabang collided approaching the first turn. Cosmic Kilby faltered on the first turn and pulled up as a result. Antarctic Lass and Stevie Gee collided on the home turn. Cosmic Kilby was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right sesamoid injury. A stand down period of 28 days was imposed.
