Akina Spice and Miss Conduct collided approaching the home turn.  Two Anns and Akina Spice collided approaching the home turn.  Akina Spice checked off Rosie Reigns approaching the home turn.  Two Anns raced wide in the home straight.

Two Anns was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Akina Archer and Akina Blaze collided soon after the start.  Once A Secret and Prince Ferno collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn.  Prince Ferno and Lakeview Lacy collided on the first turn.  Akina Archer and Akina Blaze collided on the first turn checking Akina Blaze.  Frost Us and Hird From Bucks collided approaching the home turn.  Akina Archer, Prince Ferno and Lakeview Lacy collided approaching the home turn checking Prince Ferno.  Once A Secret and Trubelle collided several times in the home straight.  Lakeview Lacy raced wide in the home straight.

She's Our Poppy was a late scratching at 17:09 on the advice of the Club's Veterinary Surgeon due to illness (cough/wheezing).  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Akina Spot was quick to begin.  Weeona Pete and Weeona Yoshi collided soon after the start checking Weeona Pete.  Weeona Pete and Spolly's Jet collided on the first turn and again approaching the home turn.  Akina Spot and Weeona Yoshi collided entering the home straight.  Spolly's Jet and Sharpo collided several times in the home straight.

Jokare was a late scratching at 17:44, Stewards Permission, due to trainer injury.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.   Stewards will lift the penalty upon receipt of a medical certificate.

Okay Kirsty was quick to begin.  Kingsbrae Cheeko was slow to begin.  Marko Bale, Takaho Tiger and Swift Gem collided approaching the first turn.  Leopardstown and Swift Gem collided entering the back straight.  Weeona Raph checked off Okay Kirsty in the back straight.  Leopardstown, Okay Kirsty, Weeona Raph and Beau Gem collided on the second turn.  Takaho Tiger checked off Kingsbrae Cheeko on the second turn checking Takaho Tiger.  Leopardstown and Okay Kirsty collided approaching the home turn.

Dream Gem failed to pursue the lure with due commitment in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Mrs. L. Russell, the representative of the greyhound Dream Gem regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight.  Dream Gem was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left triangle muscle injury, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Dream Gem with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mrs. Russell pleaded not guilty to the charge, Dream Gem was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Stewards spoke to Mr. R. Floyd, the trainer of Lottie Glenda regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Lottie Glenda last raced on 23rd September, 2018.  Mr. Floyd stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after a change of kennels.

Perrie The Fairy was quick to begin.  Lottie Glenda and Croucher collided soon after the start.  Mi Blue Day and Ishmy Girl collided soon after the start.  Ruby's Cheekstar and Lottie Glenda collided approaching the first turn checking Lottie Glenda severely checking Ruby's Cheekstar which brushed the running rail and lost ground as a result.  Croucher and Silvio Dante collided approaching the home turn.  Macalister Mac and Perrie The Fairy collided approaching the home turn.  Ishmy Girl checked off Silvio Dante approaching the home turn.  Mi Blue Day checked off Macalister Mac approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Macalister Mac checked off Perrie The Fairy in the home straight.

Locked In was quick to begin.  Soda Maxi, Oriental Tarj and Cranberry Miss collided soon after the start.  Weeona Roger checked off Ishmy Lady approaching the first turn causing Joyce's Choice to check off Weeona Roger causing Joyce's Choice, Soda Maxi and Oriental Tarj to collide severely checking Soda Maxi and Oriental Tarj; Joyce's Choice fell as a result.  Cranberry Miss checked off Locked In approaching the home turn.  Soda Maxi and Oriental Tarj collided approaching the home turn.

Joyce's Choice was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right monkey muscle injury, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mrs Yvonne Andrews trainer of Locked In regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the home turn. Upon reviewing the available race footage Stewards took no action.

Vivian Shiraz and Nash Road Betty collided soon after the start checking Nash Road Betty.  Tiggerlong Zorro and Velocity Whisper collided soon after the start.  Vivian Shiraz and Tiggerlong Zorro collided approaching the first turn checking Tiggerlong Zorro.  Grande Fratello and Velocity Whisper collided on the first turn.  Velocity Whisper, Grande Fratello and Vivian Shiraz collided approaching the home turn checking Grande Fratello and Vivian Shiraz.  Vivian Shiraz lost ground causing Vivian Shiraz, Tiggerlong Zorro and Nash Road Betty to collide as a result.  Merchant Prince and Cross Threaded collided entering the home straight checking both greyhounds.  Sergeant Schultz raced wide in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Mizzi, the trainer of Soda Kid regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Soda Kid last raced on 30th August, 2018.  Mr. Mizzi stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after a back muscle injury.
