Destini Cavalier was slow to begin.
Water Colour and Nicmac Paddywack collided soon after the start. Sunny's Kayo and Whoomph collided soon after the start checking Whoomph. Whoomph and Nicmac Paddywack collided soon after the start checking Nicmac Paddywack. Destini Cavalier and It's A Frenzy collided approaching the second turn. Water Colour checked off Light The Track approaching the fourth turn.
Stewards spoke to the representative Mr M. Bewley regarding the direction that the greyhound Destini Cavalier be boxed first. Acting under GAR 52(2) Stewards directed that this box first be removed.
