An Out of Competition Sample was taken from Ambers Dolly engaged in this event on 21st February, 2019 pursuant to GAR 79A.

Got Some Zip and Aston Xanadu collided soon after the start. Earth Angel and Golden Moon collided at the 250m mark. Amber's Dolly and Muza's Angel collided at the 250m mark and again at the 150 mark and again at the 100m mark. Shooter's Ajax and Earth Angel collided approaching the winning post.

Tears In Eyes was slow to begin.

Superior Hunter and Taking Off collided soon after the start. Superior Hunter, Taking Off, Lonesome Sam and Molly's Money collided at the 275m mark. Superior Hunter and Molly's Money collided at the 250m mark and again at the 150m mark. Mt. View Gift and Tears In Eyes collided at the 100m mark. Tears In Eyes and Taking Off collided at the 75m mark.

Dirty Boston was quick to begin. Superior Pal and All Inn Jye were slow to begin.

All Inn Tyler was slow to begin. 

Cool Titanium and Goodbye Goldie collided soon after the start checking All Inn Tyler. All Inn Tyler checked off Soda Geoff approaching the 300m mark. Amy's Firework checked off Fargo Victorem approaching the 250m mark. Soda Geoff and Cool Titanium collided approaching the 250m mark.

Stewards spoke to Mr J. Martinovic, the trainer of Stella View regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Stella View last raced 19th September, 2018. Mr Martinovic stated that the greyhound was resuming racing following a seasonal spell.

Dewana Result and Pop Do It were slow to begin. 

Pop Do It and Johnnie Red collided approaching the 300m mark. Jupiter Ascending and Lilty Allen collided approaching the 250m mark and again approaching the 200m mark. Dewana Result and Pop Do It collided approaching the 150m mark checking Dewana Result. Jupiter Ascending crossed out approaching the 100m mark checking Lilty Allen and Dewana Result.Dewana Result checked off Jupiter Ascending at the 100m mark.

Aston  Jewel and Just Blacky were slow to begin.

Keisha's Boy and Sweet Strike collided several times from approaching the 250m mark to the 100m mark checking both greyhounds. Zipping Boyd and Just Blacky collided several times from the 150m mark to the 50m mark checking both greyhounds.

A sample was taken from Murabit Benny - the winner of the event.

Midnight Muscat and Going In Style were slow to begin.

Ace Victorem and Samba King collided soon after the start. Midnight Muscat and Going In Style collided soon after the start. Ace Victorem checked off Samba King approaching the 300m mark checking News Print. News Print crossed to the inside at the 300m mark. Going In Style and Fawn Pursuit collided at the 250m mark. Midnight Muscat and Going In Style collided at the 200m mark. Fawn Pursuit and Samba King collided at the 150m mark checking News Print. Ace Victorem faltered approaching the 50m mark. Going In Style and Cozi Fitz collided approaching the 50m mark and again at the 50m mark. 

Ace Victorem was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound to the left heel and an abraded stopper on the right foreleg. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Superior Sam was slow to begin. 

Bees On Fire and Miss Booming collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds. Sunlit Breaker and Superior Sam collided approaching the 300m mark checking Sunlit Breaker. Bees On Fire and Miss Booming collided approaching the 200m mark checking Miss Booming. Bees On Fire raced erratically from the 150m mark to the winning post. Bees On Fire eased and checked Superior Sam approaching the 100m mark. Bees On Fire and Superior Sam collided at the 100m mark. Bees On Fire crossed in approaching the 50m mark checking Challis Sprite and Mrs. Jawa.

GAR 69(B)(1) 

Stewards spoke to Mr M. Johnson, the trainer of the greyhound Bees On Fire regarding the greyhounds racing manners at the 100m amrk.  Bees On Fire was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound and abrasions on each leg, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Bees On Fire with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Johnson pleaded guilty to the charge, Bees On Fire was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a),  before any future nomination will be accepted.

Maddie's Mimi, Ruby's Boy and Tex Kingdom collided soon after the start. 

Dirty Max and Dan's Hopeful collided soon after the start. Bela Natali and Dirty Max collided at the 200m mark. Lost Horizon and Bruree Boy collided at the 150m mark checking both greyhounds. 

A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Dirty Max a post race sample was subsequently taken.

A pre race sample was taken from Unexplainable.

Unexplainable and Shifter Magic were slow to begin. 

Oliver Cruise, Lord Davinici and Little Dynamo collided several times from soon after the start to the 200m mark checking all greyhounds. Lord Davinci and Little Dynamo collided approaching the 100m mark checking both greyhounds.

A pre race sample was taken from Zade's Magic.

Rosta Power, Crakerjack Mick, Zade's Magic and Qatar Girl were slow to begin.

Merl's Michu and Crackerjack Mick collided soon after the start checking Crackerjack Mick. Merl's Michu crossed to the outside approaching the 250m mark checking Crackerjack Mick, Amlin Miss, Qatar Girl and Miss Walt. Miss Walt checked off Merl's Michu at the 100m mark.

Stewards spoke to Ms J. Brooks, the trainer of Rooey regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Rooey last raced on 14th October, 2018. Ms Brooks stated that the greyhound was resuming racing following a spell.

Stewards spoke to Mr J. Mullen, the representative of Superior Joyce regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Superior Joyce last raced on 11th September, 2018. Mr Mullen stated that the greyhound was resuming racing following a seasonal spell.

Rooey was slow to begin.

Superior Joyce and Perfect Rider collided soon after the start. Hardy's Banjo checked off Undetectable approaching the 250m mark. Undetectable, Rhino Rex, Superior Joyce and Perfect Rider collided at the 200m mark checking Perfect Rider. Hardy's Banjo checked off Perfect Rider at the 150m mark. Rooey and Hardy's Banjo collided approaching the 50m mark. Rhino Rex checked of Undetectable at the 50m mark. Aston Boss checked off Superior Joyce at the 50m mark checking Superior Joyce.

MEETING COMMENTS

Satisfactory Whelping Trial (Solo) - Khaleesi Girl trialled over the 300m from box 1, weight 24.8kgs. The time of the trial was 17.33, Khaleesi Girl was Cleared.
