Out of Competition Samples were taken from Ebonique and Que Allen engaged in this event on 22 October 2018 pursuant to GAR 79A.
A pre-race sample was taken from Maybe Hannibal.
Maybe Hannibal was quick to begin. Lucky Gypsy was slow to begin.
Polo Pete, Ebonique and Maybe Hannibla collided approaching the first turn checking Ebonique and severely checking Polo Pete which feel as a result checking Volcanic Winter and We Love Spolly. Lucky Gypsy and We Love Spolly collided approaching the home turn.
Stewards noted that Lucky Gypsy raced with the muzzle logged in its mouth throughout the event.
Polo Pete was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained abrasions to the left and right medial wrists, a 3 day stand down period was imposed.
Lucky Gypsy was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
