Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr D. Pell, the trainer of Subconscious regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Subconscious last raced on the 15th June 2018. Mr D. Pell stated that the greyhound was resuming racing following a spelling period.
Stewards spoke to Mr P. Ryan, the trainer of Adala boy regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Adala boy last raced on the 29th May 2018.Adala boy stated that the greyhound is resuming racing following a left wrist injury.
A pre-race sample was taken from Adala Boy.
Early Flight and Renegade were slow to begin.
Zero Five stumbled soon after the start. Subconscious and King Gibbo collided soon after the start. King Gibbo, Shakey Cougar and Renegade collided at the 250m mark. Subconscious and King Gibbo collided at the 200m mark checking King Gibbo. Early Flight and El Grand Richo collided at the 100m mark severely checking Early Flight. Early flight faltered at the 50m mark.
Early Flight was vetted and after being re-vetted following Race 12, it was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right pencil muscle and the right monkey muscle, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Satisfactory Trial Results - Run Maggie Run trialled over the 350m from box 1, weight 24.6kg, the greyhound was placed fourth in a field of four.The time of the trial was 19.35, he ran 20.15 and the greyhound was beaten eleven and a half lengths. Run Maggie Run was Cleared.
Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A)/6 Month Trial - Stewards spoke to Mr K. Ward, the trainer of Jaso regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Jaso last raced on 17th July 2017. Mr K. Ward stated that the greyhound was returning from an injury to the left front wrist. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Jaso trialled over the 300m from box 5, weight 27.2kg in a field of 5. Jaso faltered and fell at the 150m mark and failed to finish. Jaso was subsequently vetted and it was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right wrist and bruising to the right hip and appeared to be cramped. A 21 day stand down period was imposed. Jaso was Not Cleared .
Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A)/6 Month Trial - Stewards spoke to Mr K. Ward, the trainer of Alouette Jack regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Alouette Jack last raced on 18th March 2018. Mr K. Ward stated that the greyhound was returning after an injury to the right back muscle. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Alouette Jack trialled over the 300m from box 1, weight 35.7kg, the greyhound was placed first in a field of five. The time of the trial was 17.02 the greyhound won by a head. Alouette Jack was Cleared.

Dontron last raced on 23rd March 2018. Mr K. Ward stated that the greyhound was returning after an injury to the left front wrist. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Dontron trialled over the 300m from box 3, weight 31.3kg, the greyhound was placed second in a field of five. The time of the trial was17.02, it ran 17.02 and was beaten by a head. Dontron was Cleared.

Coyote last raced on16th February 2018. Mr K. Ward stated that the greyhound is returning after a tail operation and an injury to the back muscle. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Coyote trialled over the 300m from box 7, weight 26.8kg, the greyhound was placed third in a field of five.The time of the trial was 17.02, and it ran 17.63, the greyhound was beaten by eight and three quarter lengths. Coyote was Cleared.

Still Just Under last raced on 24th November 2017. Mr K. Ward stated that the greyhound is returning after an injury to a right back muscle. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Still Just Under trialled over the 300m from box 8, weight 31.0kg, the greyhound was placed fourth in a field of five. The time of the trial was17.02 and he ran 18.65, the greyhound was beaten by twenty four lengths. Still Just Under was Not Cleared. Mr K. Ward, trainer of Still Just Under declared a new weight of 31.0kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Still Just Under last raced at 32.6kg.
