Gotta Wobble, Rail Remover, Bets And Beers and Mia Shan collided on the first turn, checking Rail Remover and Mia Shan. Thomeli Rocker failed to pursue the lure with due commitment on the home turn and collided with Moyarra Whiz. Bets And Beers and Mia Shan collided in the home straight. Stewards spoke to Mr. R. Taylor, the trainer of the greyhound Thomeli Rocker regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the home turn. Thomeli Rocker was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left hamstring, a 10 day stand down period was imposed. Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Thomeli Rocker with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Taylor pleaded guilty to the charge, Thomeli Rocker was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.
