Steward's Report
Pre-race samples were taken from Extreme Justice, Liberal Nunnio, Emerley Indigo and Come On Charlize upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.
Pre-race samples were taken from Miss Heart and Broadway Polka.
Miss Heart, Emerley Indigo and Broadway Polka were slow to begin.
Emerley Indigo and Broadway Polka collided soon after the start. Extreme Justice, Liberal Nunnio and Come On Charlize collided on the first turn. Broadway Polka and Buddie's Al collided entering the back straight. Premier Back checked off Miss heart in the back straight, Premier Back stumbled as a result and tailed off. Extreme Justice and Come On Charlize collided approaching the home turn.
Premier Back was vetted following the event. It was reported thatthe greyhound sustained a left monkey muscle injury and minor lacerations on both forelegs. A stand down period of 21 days was imposed.
Samples were taken from Buddie's Al and Premier Back, unplaced in the event.
