Crymelon Turbine was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained pyrexia, a seven day stand down period.

Stewards spoke to Mr. G. Hunt, the trainer of Thomeli Monster regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Thomeli Monster last raced on 2nd June, 2018.  Mr. Hunt stated that the greyhound was new to the kennel.

Logistic Kid was quick to begin.

Latissimus Dorsi was a late scratching at 5.35pm on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to illness (elevated temperature). A five day stand down period was imposed.

Kalani Will was quick to begin.  Deano's Mojo and Bobby Tokaam were slow to begin.  All Inn Taylor galloped on the heels of Bobby Tokaam on the first turn, checking Bobby Tokaam.  Topaz Warrior and All Inn Taylor collided on the home turn, checking Topaz Warrior.  Topaz Warrior and All Inn Taylor collided entering the home straight, checking All Inn Taylor.  Kalani Willow raced wide in the home straight.

The numbers 3, 2, 6 & 6 were inadvertantly semaphored before being corrected to 3,2,4 and 6 prior to "all clear" being given.
