A pre-race sample was taken from Bundurra Magic.
Firefly Nuts went up with the lids and was slow to begin. Paws And Go and Bundarra Magic collided soon after the start. Paws And Go checked off Shadow Walker approaching the first turn. Supa Pass and Yenderra Blue collided on the first turn. Paws And Go checked off Supa Pass on the home turn, causing Supa Pass to stumble and Bundarra Magic to race wide. Bundarra Magic and Yenderra Blue collided entering the home straight.
