Our Centurion was slow to begin. Qatar Girl and Jayanti collided soon after the start. Romany Girl, Tory's Rocket and Dark Hombre collided approaching the first turn checking Romany Girl and Tory's Rocket. Gracioso and Our Centurion collided approaching the first turn checking Gracioso and Romany Girl; Gracioso contacted the running rail as a result. Our Centurion contacted the running rail on the first turn. Jayanti checked off Dark Hombre approaching the home turn checking Ebonique, Qatar Girl and Dark Hombre collided approaching the winning post.
Gracioso was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
