Steward's Report
Farfalla Nera, Modern Jagger and Misty's Boy were slow to begin. Belleperi Miss was very slow to begin (3 lengths). Sambucca Rose and Denny Blue collided on the first turn checking Denny Blue. Farfalla Nera galloped on Denny Blue entering the back straight checking Misty's Boy and Farfalla Nera and severely checking Denny Blue causing Denny Blue to fall. Modern Jagger checked off Tarquin Bob on the second turn. Sambucca Rose clipped the heels of Modern Jagger on the first turn.
Denny Blue was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Power Gem a post race sample was subsequently taken.
