An Out of Competition Sample was taken from Adriel engaged in this event on 7th May 2018 pursuant to GAR 79A.
Mr. P. Abela, trainer of Faraday declared a new weight of 35.2kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Faraday last raced at 36.3kg.
Faraday was slow to begin.
Winlock Intent and Adriel collided approaching the first turn checking Adriel. Jaimandy Carl, Uncle Bump and Winlock Intent collided on the first turn checking Uncle Bump. Faraday checked off Ashfield Lad and Scott To Give approaching the home turn and collided with Winlock Intent. Ashfield Lad and Scott To Give collided entering the home straight and again in the home straight.
