Steward's Report
Destini Florida was a late scratching at 18:45 due to non arrival (GAR 31). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Geoff Smith was fined the sum of $100 and will be further contacted regarding the reason for the non-arrival of the greyhound.
A pre race sample was taken from Anustar.
Weeona Annie was slow to begin. Ikon Parker, Logistic Kid and Anustar collided approaching the first turn severely checking Logistic Kid and Anustar. Dyna Vagrant and Weeona Annie collided on the first turn and approaching the home turn checking Dyna Vagrant and severely checking Weeona Annie. Anustar checked off Weeona Annie entering the home straight.
Weeona Annie was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
