This event was delayed by approximately 1 1/2 minutes to allow a Geraldton gallop race to be completed.
Judge Judy was slow to begin. My Bro Lewis crossed to the inside soon after the start checking Iron Fist and Yoda. Crymelon Annie and Track Pilot collided approaching the first turn checking Track Pilot. Iron Fist checked off Track Pilot on the first turn checking Yoda and Judge Judy. Yoda galloped on the heels of Crymelon Annie on the home turn causing Crymelon Annie to fall. Iron Fist raced wide entering the home straight.
Crymelon Annie was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained abrasions to its left hind leg. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
