Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Liberty Diamond.
Sir Badger was slow to begin.
Slick Assassian and Alina Grand collided soon after the start. Sir Badger, Chinotto and Perfect Hours collided soon after the start. Chinotto and Kayla Las collided approaching the first turn. Kayla Las and Need A Zac collided on the first turn. Sir Badger and Chinotto collided approaching the home turn. Chinotto and slick Assassian raced wide in the home straight. Slick Assassian raced a poor performance throughout the event.
Slick Assassian was vetted and re-vetted following event 12. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right monkey muscle injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Mr J. Carrodus-Nagy, the representative of the greyhound Slick Assassian. Stewards deemed the performance of Slick Assassian unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Slick Assasssian must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.
