Spruce Moose was quick to begin.

Proving Ground and En Cockatoo collided approaching the first turn checking En Cockatoo.  Lieu Knee Annie, En Cockatoo, Proving Ground and Oriental Tarj collided on the first turn.  Spruce Moose, Galloping Flash and Oriental Tarj collided on the first turn.  Proving Ground checked off Oriental Tarj approaching the home turn.  En Cockatoo checked off Spruce Moose in the home straight.

Mr M. Ferguson was fined the sum of $50 for failing to ensure the registration papers/registration card were produced for the greyhound Dyna Quarter pursuant to GAR 33.

Shadow Walker was quick to begin.  Dyna Quarter and Allen Incent were slow to begin.

Allen Incent raced wide soon after the start.  Dyna Quarter checked off Elgrande Rebel approaching the first turn.  Dynamo Jezz and Kiss Me Putu collided on the first turn checking Kiss Me Putu. Cosa Bona raced wide entering the home straight.  Allen Incent and Cosa Bona raced wide in the home straight.

Elgrande Rebel was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stir Fry Shrimp, Temujin and Dyna Maple were slow to begin.

Hannah Bear crossed in soon after the start checking Brandeen Fi, Dyna Maple, Temujin and Maybe Hannibal.  Stir Fry Shrimp checked off It's Debatable approaching the first turn.  Hannah Bear checked off Maybe Hannibal on the home turn and raced wide checking Stir Fry Shrimp.  Maybe Hannibal, Temujin and Stir Fry Shrimp collided in the home straight.

A sample was taken from Dyna Maple - winner of the event.

Stewards spoke to Mr S. Mallia, the trainer of Dyna Peanut regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Dyna Peanut last raced on 3 September 2017. Mr Manllia stated that the greyhound was returning from a left back muscle injury.

Inter Elesha, Dyna Peanut, Zoenah's Legacy and Rooey collided soon after the start checking Dyna Peanut and Rooey.  Shiro and Zoenah's Legacy collided on the first turn checking Shiro.  Inter Elesha, Rooey and Bye All collided on the first turn checking Inter Elesha and Rooey.

Will Dazzle was slow to begin.

Penny Lane Keats crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Daisy Patch and Oz Ten Tatious.  Miss Legality and Miss Kirteish collided approaching the first turn.  Elswky Max, Miss Legality and Miss Kirteish collided on the first turn checking Miss legality and Will Dazzle.  Oz Ten Tatious checked off Daisy Patch on the first turn checking Big Skeeta.  Big Skeeta galloped on Miss Legality approaching the home turn checking Miss Legality, Big Skeeta raced wide as a result and throughout the remainder of the event. Elswyk Max and Miss Kirteish collided in the home straight checking Miss Kirteish.

Cosmic Kilby and Royal Bruno were slow to begin.

Mea Rose and Flowering Rose collided soon after the start.  Cosmic Kilby and Persuader collided approaching the first turn checking Persuader.  Mea Rose, Flowering Rose and Able Bess collided on the first turn checking Flowering Rose.  Able Bess and Cosmic Kilby collided approaching the home turn.  Royal Bruno failed to pursue the lure with due commitment on the home turn.  Mea Rose, Sazana and Royal Bruno collided entering the home straight.  Sazana and Royal Bruno collided in the home straight. 

Stewards spoke to Mr D. Bottrell, the trainer of the greyhound Royal Bruno regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the home turn.  Royal Bruno was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to a left back muscle a 7 day stand down period was imposed.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Royal Bruno with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Bottrell pleaded guilty to the charge Royal Bruno was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

A pre-race sample was taken from Boycey Road.

She's Got Dash was quick to begin.

Boycey Road checked off Pristina Lad approaching the first turn.  Tronic Flash faltered on the first turn and lost ground.

Tronic Flash was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left triangle and left wrist sprain injuries, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Our Karzon was slow to begin. 

Shrek's Typhoon and Apila Cash collided soon after the start.  Shrek's Typhoon, Apila Cash, Mt. View Gift, Buzz The Tower, Speedway Lass and Buzz Nation collided approaching the first turn checking Mt. View Gift.  Our Karzon and Mt. View Gift collided on the first turn.  Wolf Point, Shrek's Typhoon, Apila Cash, Buzz The Tower, Speedway Lass and Buzz Nation collided on the first turn checking Shrek's Typhoon, Apila Cash and Buzz Nation.  Wolf Point checked off Buzz The Tower in the home straight.  Our Karzon and Apila Cash collided several times in the home straight.

Our Karzon was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left fibula injury, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre-race sample was taken from Liberty Diamond.

Sir Badger was slow to begin.

Slick Assassian and Alina Grand collided soon after the start.  Sir Badger, Chinotto and Perfect Hours collided soon after the start.  Chinotto and Kayla Las collided approaching the first turn.  Kayla Las and Need A Zac collided on the first turn.  Sir Badger and Chinotto collided approaching the home turn.  Chinotto and slick Assassian raced wide in the home straight.  Slick Assassian raced a poor performance throughout the event.

Slick Assassian was vetted and re-vetted following event 12.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right monkey muscle injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr J. Carrodus-Nagy, the representative of the greyhound Slick Assassian.  Stewards deemed the performance of Slick Assassian unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Slick Assasssian must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Chase On Case was quick to begin.  Lucky Omar was slow to begin.

Roland View and Ima Reality collided on the first turn checking Ima Reality.  Coco Marlow and Chase On Case collided approaching the home turn checking Chase On Case and Aremac Igor.  Chase On Case and Aremac Igor collided on the home turn checking Aremac Igor.  Coco marlow lost it's muzzel during the running of this event.

Aremac Igor was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

A sample was taken from Roland View - winner of the event.

Ms M. McMillian, the representative of Zipping Tina declared a new weight of 24.6kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Zipping Tina last raced at 22.8kgs.

A pre-race sample was taken from Skyrim.

Skyrim and Viewing were slow to begin.

Mini Tron and Lady La Deeda collided approaching the first turn checking Mini Tron.  Zipping Tina and Lady La Deeda collided on the first turn checking Zipping Tina and Mini Tron.  Viewing checked off Mini Tron approaching the home turn checking Skyrim and Viewing causing Skyrim and Viewing to race wide as result.  Lady La Deeda raced wide on the home turn.
