Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Trapezius.
Azure Dragon was slow to begin. Bushman's Legend and Dark Star collided soon after the start. Bottoms Up and Toffee Lady collided at the 300mtr mark. Azure Dragon checked off Dark Star at the 300mtr mark and crossed to the outside. Bottoms Up and Dark Star collided at the 200mtr mark and again approaching the 150mtr mark checking Bottoms Up which stumbled. Bushman's Legend and Shimmy Dat Ray collided at the 100mtr mark. Bushman's Legend and Monoak collided approaching the winning post.
Bottoms Up was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right deltoid and right fibula, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
