Ms Triaca stated that the greyhound was resuming racing after a change of kennel. Ms. Triaca also declared a new weight of 29.9kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Allen Zhara last raced at 28.4kg.

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Mr. J. Borg, the trainer of Lady Avenger regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced.  Lady Avenger last raced on 12th July 2017. Mr. Borg stated that the greyhound was returning from a right achilles injury. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Lady Avenger trialled over the 425mt from box 5, weight 28.8 kg, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 24.10, the greyhound won by a margin of 3.25L. Lady Avenger was cleared.
