Steward's Report
Captain Pete went up with the lids at box rise, was slow to begin and failed to take any competitive part in the event.
Booming Zulus and Cinnamon Cindy collided on the first turn checking Cinnamon Cindy, Bomber Lane, Open Mind and Red Winston. Cinnamon Cindy checked off Bomber Lane approaching the home turn. Red Winston and Open Mind collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.
Captain Pete was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to an abdominal muscle. A stand down period 10 days was imposed.
