Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Wicked Pedro.
Galloping Benny was slow to begin.
Valdar Bale checked off Ruby Cabang approaching the first turn; Valdar Bale was severely checked as a result. Our Turbo Girl checked off Wicked Pedro approaching the first turn. Greysynd Alpha and Our Turbo Girl collided on the home turn. Gold Odessa and Hector Cabang collided in the home straight.
Valdar Bale was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Ms. H. Ivers, the trainer of Quizzical regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Quizzical last raced on 6th July 2017. Ms. Ivers stated that the greyhound was returning to racing from injury. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Qizzical trialled over the 425mt from box 1, weight 32.6kg, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 24.27, the greyhound won by a margin of 2.5L. Quizzical was cleared.
Satisfactory Trial Results - Atlas Roughead trialled over the 425mt from box 3, weight 33.2kg, the greyhound was placed 4th in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 24.27, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 10.25L. Atlas Roughead was cleared.
Satisfactory Trial Results - George Regis trialled over the 425mt from box 6, weight 34.1kg, the greyhound was placed 2nd in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 24.27, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 2.5L. George Regis was cleared.
Stewards spoke to trainer Mr. B. Diviriglio regarding his conduct towards Steward Ms. L. Fahry. Evidence was taken from Ms. Farhy, Ms P. Watt, Dr. E. Marriott and Mr. Divirgilio.
