Mini Fernando, Redhead Chez and Gin Lee's Bulletcollided on the first turn, severely checking Redhead Chez and Miss Blue. Zipping Galon crossed to the outside approaching the home turn and collided with Mini Fernando, Miss Blue and Redhead Chez and in turn checking Redhead Chez and Marlucky Day. Mini Fernando, Redhead Chez and Miss Blue collided approaching the home turn. Zetella jumped in the air on the home turn after checking off the heels of Redhead Chez and collided with Mini Fernando as a result. Mini Fernando and Miss Blue collided entering the home straight.
Zetella was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained lacerations to both hind legs. A three-day stand down period was imposed.
