Steward's Report
Mr Matt Johnson, trainer of Poise, declared a new weight of 26.9kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Poise last raced at 28.2kg.
Cilla Gem was quick to begin. Perplexing, Shae Magnifique and Mason's Mate were slow to begin.
Mason's Mate crossed to the outside soon after the start. Shae Magnificque and Deadly Basilisa collided approaching the 300m mark. Misload crossed to the outside approaching the 250m mark, checking Cilla Gem. Mason's Mate raced eratically throughout the event.
Mason's Mate was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained no apparent injury.
