Soda Flash and Dyna Sarah collided approaching the first turn, severely checking Dyna Sarah, which collided  with Bombora Rocket. Da End checked of Gagey's Snags on the first turn. Kauai checked off Whoomph on the first turn. Soda Flash and Quest Allen collided approaching the home turn. Dyna Sarah checked off the heels of Bombora Rocket approaching the home turn.

Dyna Sarah was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left pencil muscle, and abrasions to the left hock, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Alpha Venus was quick to begin. Bear's Legacy was slow to begin. Giant Jarvis and Come Home collided soon after the start. Bear's Legacy and Why Not Grace collided approaching the first turn. Bear's Legacy and Dyna Francine collided on the first turn. Why Not Grace checked off Giant Jarvis approaching the winning post and raced wide. 

Bloke's Advice was slow to begin. Chief Command and Sleater collided soon after the start. Chief Command, Sleater and Big Kenny Bobo collided approaching the first turn, checking Sleater. Bloke's Advice and Zuberi collided on the first turn. Zuberi and Sleater collided on the first turn, checking Zuberi. Big Kenny Bobo and In The Net collided on the first turn. Chief Command and In The Net collided approaching the home turn, checking Chief Command. Chief Command and Sleater collided on the home turn. In The Net raced wide on the home turn. Big Kenny Bobo raced wide in the home straight.

Ace Allen checked off Mepunga Molly entering the home straight. Vixstar checked off Aeroplane Indy entering the home straight. High Water checked off Dynamic Street in the home straight.

High Water was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Antarctic Lass and Spectra Style were quick to begin. Power To Wyn checked offf Spectra Style soon after the start, severely checking Rowchester Miss, which stumbled as a result. Power To Wyn and Okawa In Black collided approaching the first turn. Tom Riddle and Antarctic Lass collided on the first turn. Power To Wyn and Okawa In Black collided on the first turn, checking Okawa In Black. Mepunga Kyran checked off Sisco Dun approaching the home turn. Tom Riddle and Spectra Style collided on the home turn, causing Spectra Style to race wide. Rowchester Miss and Power To Wyn raced wide in the home straight. 

Rowchester Miss was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left wrist, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Unimid Bale went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin. Leo's Gift and Cruisy's Empress collided approaching the first turn, checking Leo's Gift, which collided with Unmid Bale, resulting in both greyhounds being checked. Kouta Mayhem and Tiggerlong Rock collided on the first turn. 

Stewards spoke to Mr J.Collins representative of Zipping Maisy regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Zipping Maisy last raced on 17 January 2018. Mr Collins stated that the greyhound was resuming racing following an injury to the right hip support muscle.

Kouta And Cream and Azalea were quick to begin. Zipping Maisy, Mepunga Bonnie and Explosive Fox collided soon after the start. Emerald Rainbow and Ima Ruby collided approaching the first turn. Lektra Blicavs and Zipping Maisy collided approaching the first turn, checking Lektra Blicavs. Emerald Rainbow and Ima Ruby collided on the first turn, checking Ima Ruby. Emerald Rainbow and Zipping Maisy collided approaching the home turn. Azalea raced wide entering the home straight. Kouta And Cream cramped in the home straight and lost considerable ground ..

Kouta And Cream was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained cramp, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr H. Wilkinson, the representative of the greyhound Kouta And Cream.  Acting in accordance with GAR 71 (Cramp), Stewards directed that the greyhound must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.

Stewards spoke to Mr Malcolm Davis, trainer of Apex Pro regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Apex Pro last raced on 12 January 2018. Mr Davis stated the greyhound was resuming racing following a change of kennel.

Lochinvar Adore and Go Alice Go were quick to begin. Raloo Barbara and Big Deal were slow to begin. Sobered Up, Apex Pro and Riverdale Suger collided soon after the start. Raloo Barbara and Big Deal collided several times approaching  first turn, checking both greyhounds. Riverdale Sugar and Raloo Barbara collided on the first turn  checking Raloo Barbara and Big Deal resulting in Raloo Barbara  becoming  unbalanced. Go Alice Go raced wide on the home turn. Calabrese Bullet and Riverdale Sugar collided in the home straight. 

Raloo Barbara was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right wrist, and abrasions to the left hock and left wrist, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. 

Big Deal was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
