Track curator Tony Dempsey advised that the track was medium harrowed on Wednesday April 18 2018.
Dyna Sarah was slow to begin. Bombora Rocket and Gagey's Snags collided soon after the start. Soda Flash and Dyna Sarah collided approaching the first turn, severely checking Dyna Sarah, which collided with Bombora Rocket. Da End checked of Gagey's Snags on the first turn. Kauai checked off Whoomph on the first turn. Soda Flash and Quest Allen collided approaching the home turn. Dyna Sarah checked off the heels of Bombora Rocket approaching the home turn.
Dyna Sarah was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left pencil muscle, and abrasions to the left hock, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
