Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr Darren Fisher trainer of Moon Prince regarding the length of time the greyhound had between races. Moon Prince last raced on 5 Jan 2018. Mr Fisher stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following an extended spell.
A pre race sample was taken from Joffa's Mate.
Yolk's Boy and Bushman's Bro were slow to begin. Moonbeam crossed to the inside soon after the start, checking Moon Prince and Joffa's Mate. Joffa's Mate checked off Hard Man Chapta on the first turn. Yolk's Boy and Bushman's Bro collided on the first turn, checking Yolk's Boy. Hard Man Chapta and Moon Prince collided on the first turn, checking Moon Prince, Joffa's Mate and No More Sisco. Joffa's Mate and Bushman's Bro collided approaching the home turn, checking Joffa's Mate. Yolk's Boy checked off Joffa's Mate on the home turn.
Bushman's Bro was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained cramp, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. P. Crawley, the trainer of the greyhound Bushman's Bro. Acting in accordance with GAR 71 (Cramp), Stewards directed that the greyhound must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.
