Lightning Boxy and Drama King collided entering the home straight.  Omega Outlaw checked off Lightning Boxy in the home straight checking Lightning Boxy.

Stewards spoke to Mrs. C. Morris, the trainer of the greyhound Macalister Cindy.  Stewards deemed the performance of Macalister Cindy unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Macalister Cindy must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Crucial Conflict was quick to begin.  Piriformis and Swift Gem were slow to begin.  Crucial Conflict, Magic Flora and Rajasthan collided on the first turn checking Rajasthan and severely checking Magic Flora.  Crucial Conflict checked off Rajasthan approaching the home turn checking Just Over.  Magic Flora and Crucial Conflict collided approaching the home turn checking Crucial Conflict.  Crucial Conflict raced wide on the home turn.

Crucial Conflict was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left triangle muscle injury, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Hurricane Dylan and Tail Inspector were slow to begin.  Lucy Gem, Beanie Allen, Disco Hips and Wanna Allen collided on the first turn severely checking Disco Hips.  Hurricane Dylan and Disco Hips collided on the first turn severely checking Hurricane Dylan which lost considerable ground as a result.

Despard, the trainer of the greyhound Hurricane Dylan.  Stewards deemed the performance of Hurricane Dylan unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Hurricane Dylan must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

It's A Date and Almani Jet were slow to begin.  Sandtrack Sniper was very slow to begin (4 lengths).  It's A Date, Almani Jet and Crossfire Icon collided soon after the start.  It's A Date and Almani Jet collided on the first turn.  It's A Date and Eye Owe You collided approaching the home turn checking Eye Owe You and Crossfire Icon.  Miriam's Wish eased on the home turn and subsequently pulled up.  On The Runway and Dream Gem collided several times in the home straight.

On The Runway was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.   After viewing the head on footage and taking into consideration the interference the greyhound sustained in the home straight Stewards took no further action.

Miriam's Wish was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left quadriceps muscle injury and a left and right pencil muscle injury, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. L. Whelan, the representative of the greyhound Miriam's Wish regarding the greyhound's racing manners  on the home turn.  Acting under GAR 69(A)(1) stewards charged Miriam's Wish with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment.  Mr. Whelan pleaded guilty to the charge, Miriam's Wish was found guilty and suspended the greyhound for 3 months (all tracks) and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(b), before any future nomination will be accepted.

He Sahll Fred and Gestalt Allen were slow to begin.  Don's Machine, Bad Apple and Apache Flame collided on the first turn checking Don's Machine and He Shall Fred.  Lakeview Maisey raced wide approaching the home turn and in the home straight.  He Shall Fred and Bad Apple collided in the home straight

Teflon Toby and Kalani Amy were quick to begin.  Supa Pass, Deadline, Zipping Amber and You Never Know collided on the first turn checking Supa Pass, severely checking Deadline and causing Zipping Amber to fall.  Teflon Toby and Flywheel Strike collided approaching the home turn.  Little Big Shot crossed to the rail in the home straight.

Zipping Amber was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to the left front leg, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Satisfactory Trial Results -  Flywheel Snowy trialled over the 440m from box 8, weight 29.6kgs, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of 4.  The time of the trial was 25.32, the greyhound won by a margin of a neck  Flywheel Snowy was Cleared.

Satisfactory Trial Results - Macauliff trialled over the 440m from box 7,  weight 38.1kgs, the greyhound was placed 3rd in a field of 4.  The time of the trial was 25.32, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 3 lengths.  Macauliff was Cleared.
