Steward's Report
The Club veterinary Surgeon examined Oriental Rhys and no illness was detected. The greyhound was a late scratching at 5:25pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr. I. Anderson was fined the sum of $100.
Misload was quick to begin. Leica Diva and Sandtrack Sniper were slow to begin. Double The Power and Leica Diva collided on the first turn severely checking Leica Diva causing Double The Power to gallop on Toffee Lady checking Double The Power. Misload and Mother Monster collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Double The Power and Mother Monster collided several times approaching the winning post.
