Little Miss Tori and Blackjack Cruise collided approaching the home turn, checking Little Miss Tori. Maximum Hope checked off Magic Jagger on the home turn. Little Miss Tori raced wide on the home turn. Blackjack Cruise and Rainmaker Elle collided approaching the winning post.

Bluey Moran and Myrrdon were slow to begin and collided soon after the start, checking Myrrdon. Bluey Moran and Unicorn collided approaching the first turn, checking Unicorn, which tailed off as a result. Luca Rocket checked off Lektra Diamond approaching the home turn. Myrrdon and Blue Vegas collided entering the home staight and again in the home straight, checking Myrrdon. 

Unicorn was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to both pencil muscles, the right thigh and right chest, a 28 day stand down period was imposed. 

A sample was taken from Pepper Rock - the winner of the event. 

Ollie Agira was a late scratching at 1.18pm due to a head laceration (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted. 

A pre race sample was taken from Eminence.

Eminence was slow to begin. Too Far Out and Mr. Candyman collided approaching the first turn. Too Far Out checked off Eminence approaching the home turn. Spirit Bar checked off Two Phils Cool aproaching the home turn. Spirit Bar galloped on the heels of Inga Tom in the home straight, checking both greyhounds, and causing Inga Tom to collided with Two Phils Cool. Mr. Candyman checked off Eminence in the home straight.

A pre race sample was taken from Lektra Menzel.

Spring Emperor and Mav collided soon after the start, checking Spring Emperor. Rockstar Barnes and Izgrev collided soon after the start. Rockstar Barnes checked off Spring Emperor approaching the home turn. Spring Emperor faltered in the home straight. Inga Red eased approaching the winning post. 

Spring Emperor was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fracture to the right hock, a 60 day stand down period was imposed. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. V. Inguanti, the trainer of the greyhound Inga Red regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post.  Inga Red was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left biceps, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Inga Red with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr. Inguanti pleaded guilty to the charge, Inga Red was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a),  before any future nomination will be accepted.

Kraken Jude, Cloona Lass and One Step Ahead collided soon after the start, checking Cloona Lass. Crymelon Kit and Kraken Jude collided approaching the first turn, checking Kraken Jude. Smashing Serena and Crymelon Kit collided on the first turn, checking Smashing Serena. Crymelon Kit checked off One Step Ahead approaching the home turn. Kraken Jude contacted the running rail approaching the home turn. Kraken Jude checked off Cloona Lass on the home turn. Kraken Jude checked off Cloona Lass in the home straight.

Kraken Jude was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left shoulder and right pencil muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Bobby Tokaam was slow to begin. Kadabra Monelli and Pattaya Paul collided soon after the start, checking Pattaya Paul. Night King, Kadabra Monelli and Pattaya Paul collided approaching the home turn, checking Kadabra Monelli and Pattaya Paul.

Ledgerwood Molly and Sacred Miss were quick to begin. Bottoms Up and Sidey collided soon after the start. Stormy Seas, Cheekers and Arizona collided soon after the start, checking Cheekers. Sidey checked off Ledgerwood Molly approaching the home turn, checking Stormy Seas and Cheekers, and severely checking Bottoms Up and Sidey, Bottoms Up fell as a result. Stormy Seas checked off Cheekers approaching the home turn.

Bottoms Up was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left monkey muscle and right hip, and a spike wound to the right hock, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. 

Sidey was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained spike wounds. No stand down period was imposed.

Erupt Eve Lad was slow to begin. Lucky Love and Betty La Fae collided soon after the start, checking Betty La Fae. Betty La Fae checked off Bella Express approaching the home turn. Bella Express raced wide on the home turn.

My Rachael went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin. Seeking Stars crossed to the rail approaching the first turn, checking Simply Good and Lush Life. Lush Life, Simply Good and My Rachael collided approaching the first turn, checking Lush Life and My Rachael. Wind Witch and Seeking Stars collided approaching the home turn, checking both greyhounds.

Prince Cheviot checked off the heels of Todd Bless in the home straight. 

Stewards spoke to Mr B.Marshall,trainer of Loris Fury regarding the length of time the greyhound had between races. Loris Fury last raced on 23 July 2017.Mr Marshall stated that the greyhound was resuming racing after being seasonal.

Sammy Frost was slow to begin. Clouded Acorn and Inga ted collided soon after the start, checking Clouded Acorn. Dynamic Couldron checked off Loris Fury on the first turn. Dynamic Couldron raced wide on the home turn. 

Satisfactory Trial Results - Inga Ross trialled over the 390m from box one, weight 33.9kg, the greyhound was placed second in a field of five.The time of the trial was 22.80, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 0.50 lengths. Inga Ross was Cleared.
