Stewards spoke to Mr. N. Wynd, trainer of Dynamic Couldron regarding the length of time the greyhound had between races.  Dynamic Couldron last raced on 21st June, 2017.  Mr. Wynd stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following split webbing to the left front toes.

Magic Reindeer and Speedy Scar were slow to begin and collided soon after the start. Ming Men Shen and Miss Barbados collided approaching the first turn, and again on the first turn. Speedy Scar checked off Miss Barbados on the home turn. Dynamic Couldron and Ming Men Shen collided entering the home straight.
