Pursuant to GAR 104(6) Yard Attendant Mrs. E. Delios did not act in any official capacity for this event.
A pre-race sample was taken from Dr. Gidget.
Dr. Flannigan, Ends Well, Dr. Gidget and Starlit Dragon were slow to begin. Zafonic Express crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Holyfield, Dr. Flannigan and Starlit Dragon and severely checking It's Debatable, Ends Well and Dr. Gidget, Ends Well fell as a result and Dr. Gidget subsequently tailed off. Dr. Flannigan and Zafonic Express collided approaching the winning post.
Ends Well was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound to the right hock and symptoms of the thumps, a 3 day stand down period was imposed.
Dr. Gidget was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left elbow, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.
It's Debatable was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to the right hock and a split webbing on the left hind foot, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.
