Stewards spoke to Mr P.Clark, the trainer of Mikey Wires regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Mikey Wires last raced on 10 May, 2017. Mr. Clark stated that the greyhound was returning to racing from a right hock injury.

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Mr. C. Watson, the trainer of Mexican Terror regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced.  Mexican Terror last raced on 27th January 2017. Mr. Watson stated that the greyhound was returning from a toe injury. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Mexican Terror trialled over the 390mts from box 5, weight 32.0kg, the greyhound was placed 4th in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 22.37, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 11L. Mexican Terror was cleared.

Trial 2:

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Ms. R. Groom, the trainer of Intuitiv Emgrand regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced.  Intuitiv Emgrand last raced on 25th January 2017. Ms. Groom stated that the greyhound was returning from a back muscle injury. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Intuitiv Emgrand trialled over the 390mts from box 2, weight 29.2 kg, the greyhound was placed 4th in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 22.60, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 4.25L. Intuitiv Emgrand was cleared.

Trial 3:

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Mr. W. Elson, the trainer of Ninth Brigade regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced.  Ninth Brigade last raced on 22nd December 2016. Mr. Elson stated that the greyhound was returning after a change of kennels. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Ninth Brigade trialled over the 450mts from box 8, weight 32.9kg, the greyhound was placed 2nd in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 25.9, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 0.5L. Ninth Brigade was cleared.
