Steward's Report
Gomez Sanchez was quick to begin. Spudtacular and Henderson collided soon after the start, checking Henderson. Meila Allen checked off Little Toby soon after the start. Meila Allen and Henderson collided on the first turn. Jet Blaster checked off Ronray Destiny approaching the home turn. Henderson crossed to the outside on the home turn and raced wide.
Stewards spoke to Mr. T. Reid after the greyhound Ronray Destiny was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. Mr. Reid was issued with a warning and reminded when kennelling he ensures greyhounds are kennelled in accordance with kennel procedure.
Stewards spoke to kennel attendants, Mr. T. Dempsey and Mr. J. Hazelman, after the greyhound Ronray Destiny was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. Both attendants were reminded of their responsibilities and asked to ensure that all greyhounds are correctly kennelled in future. This matter was referred to the Club Manager for further consideration.
